San Diego is no longer in a ‘grace period’ as the new water restrictions have taken effect. The changes you should be aware of are:
Landscapes can only be watered before 10am and after 6pm
Landscapes can only be watered three days a week
Homes with odd numbered addresses are permitted to be watered on Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday
Homes with even numbered addresses are permitted to be watered on Saturday, Monday, and Wednesday
Apartments, condos, and businesses are permitted to be water on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
Driveways, sidewalks, and related areas are no longer permitted to be washed using water
